Hi Frank and Nikki,

Just a note to say that we are really impressed with the job you are doing for us. As you know, we have had some shockers on this project but to date, the Kaizer Flooring and Kantina have been the best by far. The staircases are going to actually become the stand out features in the house when they were originally not a main consideration.
